Easily ferment a variety of vegetables with this convenient fermenting insert lid for wide mouth mason jars. Designed for wide-mouth canning jars, it features an adjustable platform to keep produce submerged and an air-tight seal with a one-way release valve for effortless fermentation.
Note: this product requires a canning jar ring to attach to your jar. Mason jar is not included.
Compatible with popular brands like Ball, Kerr, Anchor, and Kilner, this lid also has an adjustable CO2 release valve. Place the lid on top of the jar and screw down the band to assemble. For any trouble, try placing the band in hot water for 30-60 seconds. Please note, this Nylon Fermentation Lid measures 3.25"x3.25"x2" and should be hand washed only.
