  • Your order ships plastic-free from Dallas, TX within 3-4 business days – we can't wait to get it to you!

  • We are a small, Earth friendly business, so your order may be shipped in a recycled shipping box (particularly large orders) & with other recyclable and compostable materials like paper, starch based packing peanuts, and natural jute twine.

Our Return Policy - Quick Overview

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return (unless defective or pre-approved)
  • A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is defective or if there was an issue with your order).
  • To start a return, contact us at hello@henflower.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once your return is received.

We understand that many of our customers value products made in the USA! While these items can be more expensive due to higher manufacturing costs, we're committed to making them accessible & support American manufacturing.

At Henflower, we offer both American-made products and responsibly sourced imports from India, China, and Vietnam.
