Love my soap dispenser!

This product is amazing. Not only does it fit to any of my jars that I have… I was able to order an oil rubbed bronze, which is the color of all of my kitchen drawer pulls, and lighting and so it just complements my kitchen so well. I am ordering another one to put next to my soap dispenser.! Thank you for a beautiful product that arrived quickly.

The pump lid on the first bottle I purchased has not improved either use. I would like one that gives a full squirt of soap without having to pump it 2-3 times. This one is faulty. Please help

Hi Diane! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback. Quick question for you - are you using a dishsoap like Dawn? Some dishsoaps are thicker & more concentrated than others and it can be hard for many pumps to work as effeciently. Adding a little bit of water to your soap can help thin it out so that the pump works better.

It would be a good idea to first pump a little vinegar and water through the straw and pump to clear out any thickened, dried soap (be sure to inspect the nozzle) as dried soap bits can create a blockage.

I really like both. Disappointed in colors tho. Your photos do not depict them accurately. Will keep both and get used to the burnished one, actually more black.
