How to Adjust Your Hand Crank Manual Coffee and Spice Grinder:
Working with this darling, vintage-style grinder couldn't be easier- here's how to adjust your grinder:
Start with the grinder lid on the jar (not necessary but it's easier to work with this way)
Remove the handle by unscrewing the top brass nut.
Remove the casing bracket and set aside
Turn the adjusting wheel clockwise for a finer grind (like for espresso)
Turn the adjusting wheel counter-clockwise for a coarser grind
Replace the casing bracket that turns the wheel
Replace the handle
Replace the brass nut at top of the jar
