Rust Proof Stainless Steel Bands/Rings for Mason Jars 5 Pack
Not for canning – We have had a few reports that they can come loose. Other customers have reported they work fine, but we are not recommending them for canning as a precaution. Stick with canning rings for all canning!
5 Bands per Order - Rusted canning jar rings are a common problem, but now you can replace your old rusted bands with these higher-quality stainless steel bands.
No more rust on your jars, on your drinking lids, or on your hands! Stainless steel is not 100% rust proof, but it is very rust-resistant with normal use.
These bands will not rust with normal use. They are made of .2mm thick 18/8 304 grade stainless steel.
They are almost identical in thickness and size to the standard bands that jars come with. Available in both regular and wide mouth to fit Ball, Kerr, and other canning jars from 4oz jelly jars to half gallon! Fits with many accessories we sell here in our shop, like our Mason Jar Vegetable Spiralizer!

I've been looking for a rust-free alternative to typical canning rings for years and was excited to finally these, but have been a little disappointed in them since they arrived. I've tried multiple rings on multiple jars and they just don't thread well at all, generally requiring force to kind of snap over the first thread. This isn't an issue that I've had with regular rings, so I'm guessing it's just something about the mold that these were made from. They do eventually screw on, but the amount of force it takes to get them there makes them something I won't be ordering again.
I have plenty of standard rings, but these are definitely of a higher quality. You can feel that they are slightly heavier, and I am glad I bought them.
The best ever. No waste no fuss.
